Shepard Fairey Pleads Guilty Over Obama 'Hope' Image, Could Face Up to 6 Months in Prison | NY Times

Maybe Shepard could offer to redesign AP’s redesigned logo.

Did you read the article?  The jail time has nothing to do with the photo usage suit itself which was settled but how he manipulated facts during the case, he may do jail time for contempt not copyright infringement.

Pretty sure Obama could just pardon him. What with all the attention that image got and everything.
